Through group discussions and presidium meetings, the representatives of both parties gave feedback and explanations. By secret ballot, the personnel management system and employee manual were reviewed and adopted. The representatives at the meeting requested the company to strictly implement the approved system and effectively safeguard the rights and interests of employees.
